Bio
Jonathan Fitoussi is a French composer and musician working in minimalist and contemporary forms, with a practice built on analogue and modular synthesis, rare instruments and acoustic sound. He spent several years at INA-GRM preserving and restoring historical magnetic-tape archives, and he co-founded the French label Transversales Disques, which released his 2026 album DELTAS, made in the Drôme Provençale after he moved there in 2024. His records have also appeared on Obliques, Versatile, Hands in the Dark, Pan European Recording and Further Records, and he has worked with Suzanne Ciani and with Jean-Benoît Dunckel of AIR, with whom he made the album Mirages. Beyond records, Fitoussi has written film scores, including Le Ciel Attendra (2016), performed at the Philharmonie de Paris and took part in the French Pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale.
